Everyone Active - Parkinson's Free Membership and Activities

At Everyone Active, we offer a free membership and activities for those living with Parkinson’s. The more physically active people with Parkinson’s are, the easier it is to live well and manage the complexities of the condition. Being active can be anything you enjoy that gets you up and about whether it's swimming, attending a Parkinson’s specific class, or building strength in the gym. Not only will it help cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and coordination, but many say it also helps them to sleep better and feel less anxious.
