Citizens Advice Somerset - General Advice Service

We can all face problems that seem complicated or feel distressing. At Citizens Advice we believe that no one should have to face these problems alone and without access to good quality, independent advice. We provide free, confidential and impartial advice. This means that you can be sure our advice is independent of any undue or commercial influence. People come to us with a huge variety of issues such as money or housing problems, facing a crisis or just considering their options, no issue is too small.

Anyone who lives in Somerset.

How are services delivered?

Contact us by telephone or email initially.  If follow up advice is needed, this can be arranged by telephone, email or face to face.
