Thrive is a Somerset-based charity helping people and communities live healthy, independent and connected lives. We provide practical, person-centred support through services including Village Agents, Talking Cafés, Somerset Carers, support for diverse and displaced communities, community development, and advice for local organisations and community spaces. By listening, responding to need, and building strong local connections, we help people access support, reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and create thriving communities across Somerset.
